Stand Up Paddle Fitness
New SUP Fitness Class schedule begins June 1: stretching, endurance workouts, cardio paddle, timed islands, sprint workouts, stroke refinement... it's all here! Wear comfortable athletic/water sports attire you can move in and remember to bring water/sports drink, shoes to wear on the dock, change of clothes & towel. Sessions are 'drop in'.
Ages: 14 yr. and up
Cost: $15 + $5 per session or $135 + $50 for a 10 session pass card
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7-8:15 am.
• Wed. & Friday: 6:30-7:45 am.
• Sunday: 9-10:15 am.
Stand Up Paddle Club
Join the club and continue to SUP on your terms. Members may 'check out' boards between 10-10:30 am., paddle in and around DP Harbor, and return by 12 noon. Contact us for more info and pre-requisites.
Ages: 18 yrs. and up
Cost: $30 club fee (July-Sept) + $20 fee per activity
• Saturday: 10 am - 12 noon
Jr/Teen Sailing Club
Our Juniors and Teens have been very active in sailing club last year with Capri sailing, Laser sailing, Windsurfing etc! Interested? All you need is to have obtained a "successful completion" card from JS II, JSDC II or Teen II or equivalent skills to join (skills to be determined by Westwind Instructor). Please contact Westwind Sailing for more details and a current club activities sheet.

Cost: $30 club fee (July-Sept) + fees per activity
• Saturday: between 10 am - 1 pm
Westwind Sailing Club
Practice your sailing skills without owning a boat - and bring your guests! Club members have the freedom to choose where and with whom they sail while Westwind Instructors monitor for safety. Open to students who have completed Sailing 2 or equivalent. Please contact Westwind Sailing for more details, pre requisites, guest information, holiday schedule & "no club" dates.
